PC pop up

My pc is continuously showing a pop up since I added SpyBot AV that it is antivirus is turned off. I've checked it a few times. sometimes it's on...sometimes it's partial. Once it was off. Why does it do that?

Also, how do I know that it's working? I've run a scan and immunized manually.

What is the operating system please and did you elevate Spybot's permissions?

You can do this by right-clicking the Spybot icon and choosing the option to “run as administrator”. This must be done to give Spybot the permissions it needs to function correctly.
