Please define 'Click.GiftLoad'

Hi

I am seeing a lot of posts referring to Click.GiftLoad. A search at the Internet gives me the impression, that the concept originates from Spybot S&D. I haven't been able to find a definition of the concept.
What is a Click.GiftLoad?

Hello,

Click.GiftLoad gets promoted via spam.
Once executed it runs in background to have the computer connect to many websites in background and produce adclicks.

Also, Click.Giftload often appears with a TDL variant. (google redirect, rootkit)
