Please help eliminate malware on my pc

For the last month I've tried to get rid of some malware on my pc. I've read some logs and tried to fix it on my own with what they've recommended such as hijack this, cmbofix, updating java, etc., but without any luck. I'm including a hijack this log. Maybe there's a shortcut by now. If not, I look forward to your help. I've tried to send it as an attachment. Please let me know if it works. Thanks
