I can't even download SPYBOT or AVG, Avast, SAS, Malwarebytes. I MUST have a virus. I can't even do an online scan. I am not that PC savvy, so please bear with me. Please help. This is a new laptop, Acer Aspire with Vista, got it back in May. Help.
