please help, removal of virtumonde needed!!!

i have a virus called virtumonde or virtumonde.ddc, i dont know how to get rid of it. Everytime i run spybot it will fix it, but when it runs after reboot there it is again waiting to be fixed. it creates pop ups, and makes my computer performence slower, please help or assist me
