PLEASE HELP! Security Warning: your computer may be infected with harmful or unwanted

Security Warning: your computer may be infected with harmful or unwanted software! (red exclamation mark icon)on my taskbar. And, whenever I turn on my laptop, a msg box appears saying "cannot find awtsr.exe". Are they the same virus? PLEASE HELP ME get rid of them!!! THANKS!!
