Please HELP:Spybot error cleaning entries

Not very computer savy but received error message "S&D could not clean these entries". Files seem to be in the registry but I have no idea how to fix. Can you break it down barney style for me. I am signed in as administrator. Can you tell me what exactly I am dealing with?
 
In your screenshot,everything viewable has a green checkmark and says cleaned under status.If you scroll down,does it show the entries that couldn't be cleaned?

Sorry I have not responded in a timely manner due to I did not select instant email notification. I did another scan and got the attached. Everything was cleaned. My new issue is I did a rootkit quick scan and received a notification I have a "Unknown MBRs: Physicaldrive0". I am currently doing a deep scan but it is taking forever. It said it finished the registry scan in 17:25 but it is still scanning. What do you recommend? I have done a little research to be worried but how can we find out if it is something to worry about?

The Screensho shows Spybot found only files, which are used from Microsoft Office.
This Files are loged from Microsoft and exclusivly for the MS-Office-Configuration, so Microsoft safed them and no other Program can access them.

Spybot is now complaining, he cant open the files, but this is normal and nothing to worry, thise files are usually ok.

i get that too
but most is things are cookies and things cache
how i remove all this stuff i hit REMOVE and get same response

is everything removed or does it need do something
