Please help system scan is not working

I used spybot for years. I got a new pc and installed spybot. However, the system scan does not work. Immunization, procalyzer and rootkit scan worked. I have attached what I am seeing.

If you cannot open Spybot's "Settings", please download the file "SDAV.dll" from our "Missing Files" page here:
https://www.safer-networking.org/support/missing-files/

When this is downloaded, copy it into your Spybot program folder, overwriting any current "SDAV.dll" file found.

Your Spybot program folder is:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Spybot - Search & Destroy 2


If Spybot's System Scan appears to hang for you, please download and run this small installer to fix this issue:
