I am desperate for your help in removing this nasty from my PC. No matter what I do it just comes back again. I have tried everything and literally nothing works. I would greatly value your assistance with this problem. S&D picks up the spyware when I run a search but fails to actually remove it. Sometimes it says that it has been wiped clean, but then the next time I run the search S&D finds it again.
Please let me know what you need from me to resolve this problem.
