Please Help

In the Add/Delete Programs came accross CONNECTION SERVICES. When I tried to romove it opend ie explorer “http://notetol.com/uninstall.php” and a small l button in the middle rading ‘Uninstall’. When the button is clicked it is
replaced with a text box reading ‘Thank you’
