Please sis300iv display driver not working help

:sad: Someone help please.... I have norton i even used spyware fighter i removed it after using it then i used ad-aware now i used ccleaner but still the samespy cleaned but i can't fix my computer... it starts ok most of the time but then it goes into safe mode and while i am posting this i get all kinds of lines on my window can't watch any videos can't do much please help Thank you in advance
 
Help Pleaseee i got malware

Help please I got viruses in my computer i can't track to get rid of it. I even got a call from my internet provided somehow it is causing some security problems with them I used ccleaner help fixing things a bit then i used spybot and i used ad-aware i have Norton nothing is helping my screen doesn't show images properly the computer is very slow programs are closing and i go to safe mode all the time, when this happes i get a window informing me that my sis6300iv driver is not working properly. If someone knows anything about this please let me know thank you.
