pop up help!!!

NEw to the forum and not sure if its right section but basically i have a set of pop ups (1 every 5mins) appearing on my desktop, probably from sites or downloading or whatever, tried using AVG t remove it but no success

its looks like this...

any ideas as what to download to repair it then by all means please

Please follow the instructions in this link to produce a HJT log: "BEFORE you POST"(READ this Procedure BEFORE Requesting Assistance)
Then start a new topic, copy paste the log into it and one of our volunteer analysts will advise you as soon as available.
