Por favor alguien me ayuda con los resultados de mi analisis de rootkits

Buenas he realizado un analisis profundo de rootkits con el spybot (search & destroy 2.2) en windows 7 y el resultado que me da es el siguiente. Es normal que no exista administrador? alguien me puede explicar si está todo correcto o si tengo algun rootkit?
(en esta primera el simbolo que me aparece en mi ordenador donde pone carpeta en la imagen del spbot aparece la imagen de un archivo en lugar de una carpeta. Bueno a ver si alguien me pudiera ayudar. Gracias Un saludo
