Possible Trojan Virus

I found a possible Trojan using another program for a second opinion.

Trojan.Win32.Mouse.gen doesn't show on Spybot, so I wasn't sure if it was a false positive or something off the radar.

It was flagged using Stop zilla, but my regular Antivirus doesn't detect it.

I might have suggested asking at the site of the software that made the detection but I didn't notice a community forum there.
