Possible Trojan/ Worm

Hello,

The department of information and technology at my school has contacted me and told me that, based on my network activity, I have either a trojan or a worm on my computer. They have also suspended my internet access. However, no anti-spyware or anti-virus scan I have run has found anything, and I haven't noticed anything different in my startup files. Is there anything I can do short of reformatting my computer? Thanks in advance.

As we would need to see logs to make an analysis, someone would have to follow the procedure for this forum.
