I have a new Dell PC running Windows 7 Pro. The first thing I did out of the box was buy the Spybot Home edition and run all the updates, etc. After that, it wanted me to ok a subprogram called post win10 Spybot install. I didn't do it so it put an icon with those words on my desktop. Is it ok to remove it since I don't have windows 10?

Please delete the file "Post Windows 10 Spybot-install" from your Desktop if you don't plan to upgrade to Windows 10.

Please also delete the folder:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\AV\Spybot - Search and Destroy

These files were included in updates to ensure that users upgrading to Windows 10 can reinstall Spybot after the upgrade, but are not needed if you are not planning to upgrade.
