"Premium Search" What is it?

I have been a Spybot S&D user and donater for years and this is the first time I have had this problem. When I run a scan S&D identifies "Premium Search" as malware and says it needs to run at start-up to repair. I let it do that with same results. Is this really a threat? My computer "seems" to running ok.
Any help would be appreciated.

to determine what exactly is being found and if there are more traces of infection please do the following after a scan with Spybot S&D:

* switch Spybot S&D to advanced mode
* navigate to tools - view report
* click "view report" to generate a new report
* click "export" to save the report to a text file

Please attach the report to your next post or email it to detections-at-spybot.info (replace -at- with @) and refer to this thread.

PremiumSearch is a trojan horse that usually comes with other trojan horses. It is also able to hijack your hosts file and redirect searches to PremiumSearch.
It may also install files hidden from Windows using rootkit functionality a tool like gmer
may help to determine if this is the case here.
