Problem starting spybot

Hello,

I am having a problem with spybot where I am unable to run the program. I have tried reinstalling it every time, but everytime I click the spybot icon I get the following error message:

SpybotSD.exe - Unable to locate component

This application has failed to start because sqlite3.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

So I re-install it, and again get the same message. Can anyone tell me how to remedy this issue?

Hello Matt,

I had tried searching for my problem on the forum but I could not find it. Thank you for directing me to the right thread, I followed the instructions and everything seems to be working alright now :)
