Problem viewing web cam

I use the web cam from Morro Bay Ca as a screen saver but since I installed Spybot it is completely black. It could be a coincidence and since I am border line computer illiterate I have no idea how to fix it or go about finding out the problem.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

what version of windows are you running? right click my computer-properties.
What spybot version? Open spybot, click help-about.
