When I am downloading S & D for the first time, it will start the download and shortly in to the process I get a pop up box that says:
“File Download: Error reading URL. The operation timed out.”
There will be two options: retry and cancel.
I click retry and the same thing happens.
I click cancel and it starts all over only to run into the same problem.
Can someone please tell me how I can successfully download it??

P.S. I should also point out, I have tried downloading it from several different mirror sites as well and the same thing happens.
