Problem with settings

when i go scanning i face this problem as in image!And i need to insert a disk in order to procced(and i don't)!why?
How can i fix this?

i use the latest version 1.5.2.20!the message i receive is:
spybot.exe - No disk
please insert a disk in drive E!
i want to avoid this action how i do it exactly!

Hello,

This is a known problem which can occur in Windows.
The problem is usually cause by having Drive C assigned to a device with removable media. If you have that situation then ether put media in Drive C or reassign the device to another letter.
