Problem with Smitfraud-C, ABetterinternet etc

When Spybot tries to fix the problems it gives me a warning Some problems couldn't be fixed some files may still be in memory do I want Spybot to run on startup. It still cannot fix these problems.
I have tried running Spybot in safe mode and run Smitfraudfix, ewido, panda,
F-Secure etc. to no avail.

I can post a copy of the SpyBot log to show the entries if needed.
