Problem with SVSLOGON.EXE

I repeatedly receive a message that I have a trojan-backdoor-adagoe, while I continue to get a message identifying worm sdbot.avu. I also get continued warnings referencing c:\windows\svslogon.exe.

Any help would be appreciated.
