Another side-effect of switching to these new Vista-style dialogs :sad:
Didn't notice such a thing in 2.0 where I currently spend most time with yet, since 2.0 might be fully unicode instead of charsets per localization.
But I think I've found where to adjust the default charset for these as well, thanks for reporting it
