problem with windows installer package

hello a few dys ago it was raining where i live then thunder killed my power i re-turned on my computer it said everythings corrupted i turned it on again it was working but some things were still not working such as my camtasia studio i bought i repaired it with windows installer then it says

There is a problem with this windows installer package a program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected contact your support personnel or package vender


help is greatly appreciated!=)

That's telling you to contact the vendor, in this case TechSmith, developer of Camtasia Studio.

Thinking ahead, if you don't already have one you might want to consider protecting your computer by getting a good uninterruptible power supply (UPS), to avoid corruption of data or a fried machine caused by blackouts and lightening strikes. :eek:

hello tashi thnx for replying but my windows installer wont let me install or reinstall any thing i got a new game to day and i got the same error message
 
What is your operating system TR098 and which version do you have of the Windows installer.
