Hello I am running windows vista and have been unable to install AVG Antivirus to machine over and over and am having pop up problems im thinking im infected. So I backed up my registry using ERUNT and then atempted to make a HJT log. HJT will run and post results but for some reason it wont post a log in notepad. I am getting the message that my system denied access to the hosts file. The tooltip that poped up told me to simply right click HTJ and chose to run as administrator but I do not have that option. Hope this provides some background. I am standing by for instructions thanks :)
