OK, I can turn it on now, it seems it was malwarebytes that was the culprit.

Even tho I was turning it off before, it wasn't until the trial ran out that defender would run, lol.

Thats actually not supposed to happen. Claims are it's compatible with all antivirus.
But, the good news is it's on as it should and things are better.

Let's remove tools and quarantine folders.

DelFix

  • Please download DelFix or from Here and save the file to your Desktop.
