Is there an option for spybot to delete a malware found during the right click scan. Or does it only report them?

Any ideas?
It only reports them currently, with the assumption that if you right-click a file to scan it, you could as well right-click it to delete it.
With more difficult to remove files that's not such a good assumption I have to admit, I'll raise a discussion here on how to best implement removal.
