question about scanning

hi, I'm a newbie to this forum and not very computer knowlegable .
my question is about running a scan , I am watching all the names that flash along the bottom as the scan is running and most of them seem to be all bad, yet when the scan is finished it says no problems. So I'm confused . Why do these names show up if spybot says the computer is clean ?
