I used Kaspersky Internet Securrity 2010 the reason I used that person is because his familiarity of this problem reading up on this site and its forum I hope you can help me to fix this problem Thankyou Ken

Please see the FAQ to post a preliminary DDS log: "BEFORE you POST"(READ this Procedure BEFORE Requesting Assistance)

Then start a new topic in Malware Removal Forum and copy paste the log into it, an analyst will advise you as soon as available.

If DDS won't run please start a new thread anyway and make note of the situation.
