Question on undetected Malware

Every time I go to the Amazon.com I keep getting a security alert that comes on (as pop up)on my screen non stop. I did a complete scan using the version 1.6.2 and did a virus scan but nothing seems to get rid of this problem. I am no sure why spybot is not detecting anything nor getting rid of it.
The Pop Up message says: c:/windows/system32/shdock.dll…
What am I suppose when pop up comes up? How do I get rid of the problem? Do I need clean my registry? Help!

Security alert from what? Which browser/version are you using.

I am using Explorer 6.0 and windows SP with SP2. See a copy of the screen shot attached. Any idea on how to get rid of this problem?
