RadLightMPC_1.0.0.4.exe :really spyware?

Hi everybody,

I've read some issue concerning RadLight DivX player with Ad-Aware products, but what's about this DirectShow codec for MPC audio format?

Is it really a spyware or just a cool codec from a spyware maker?
