Ran immunization and now some of my necessary ports are blocked.

Hello all,

Just as the title states, I ran the immunization and immediately afterwards my ftp server (port 21) and my site monitoring program (port ??) were unable to connect to the outside world.

How do I either reopen the selected ports or even unimmunize the system if necessary?
 
That's strange, this shouldn't be happening.

Can you please report back, if undoing the immunisation solved the problem?
