Spyhunter is detecting the above on my system but Spybot is not picking it up.

Any suggestions/advice welcome.

I'm not sure what suggestions/advice you are seeking. Did Spyhunter remove the ransomware it detected?

If your computer hadn't been locked up by such malware it's possible you'd received a false positive.
