I found a program running a stream over the net. Once I stoped RayV.exe the stream stoped can anyone tell me what is RayV.exe Is it good or bad ???

A casual Google search didn't really come up with anything, but it may be related to the RayV viewer [_www_rayv_com], a service which allows TV channels to broadcast TV and for viewers to stream TV over the internet. Which makes sense seeing that you mentioned that the 'stream' you were watching stopped when you stopped the process.

However, I am not familiar with the program so I cannot confirm the legitimacy of it. I did upload the RayV viewer plugin which I downloaded from their site to VirusTotal, with no bad results.
