really poor pc performance...

hi all,

i have a pc here that has a real struggle with most tasks....i've just run avg anti-virus and it found 243 viruses (!) that it's now deleted... it still performs below par though, so here's my hijack this log:

removed these and the pc isn't too bad... certainly better than it was... one thing that has remained though, is when i play a file in media player, it stutters a lot making the file unlistenable/unwatchable.... i was blaming this on spyware/infection but now i'm unsure...
