Realtime only?

Hello, I would like to set spybot to realtime block spyware detected running, but without any of the immunization and registry-changed-warnings. How do I have to set it?
 
Hello,

1. Please open the Tools menu in your Internet Explorer and choose 'Spybot - Search Destroy Configuration'.
There you will find a drop down menu where you should select 'Block all bad pages silently'.
With that option set the notifications will no longer come up, but you will still have the protection.

2. Right click on TeaTimer in the system tray and make sure that it is NOT set to "Paranoid Mode". With the new way of monitoring you will get less notifications.

Hello,

I did the first thing, but where is paranoid mode in teatimer? The settings I have are run spybot, search updates, resident ie, resident protection, use whitelists, use entry black and whitelists, show balloon, settings, show log, help, about, exit. I don't see any paranoid mode.
