After using the recoverry a few weeks ago (1-9-12) it went smooth in recovering but in the process lost some files and folders, which i've tried to get back myslef aut no go. Any ideas why this happened. I even lost my address book. Appreciate any help:thanks

Could you give more details please. Are you speaking of Windows system recovery?

What is the operating system and why did you have to perform a recovery?
