I can't enter usual forums.spybot.info as it redirects to http://188.165.126.154. Is this temporary? I'm just checking as this is weird.

Hey Tom,

this is the new IP of this site. As long as not all DNS servers in the net provide the new IP, the old IP redirects to the new one. Once your DNS server has the new IP, everything will be normal again.
