Im wondering how often updates are released?

Beginning with the release Spybot Search and Destroy 1.4 there should be updates once a week. The beta public is out on fridays, the official one on mondays.

I have here showing beta releases disabled in my settings and update on Saturday / Sunday since months. Now I wonder, if you mean, that these updates for definitions and all the other stuff, which is not beta is until Monday a on preliminary state? I ask, because I do not understand, what is "beta public" in contrary to "official one" (also beta???). So in the result, should I update on Monday / Tuesday on a regularly basis in the future?
