Removal of Spyware

Hi,

Please help to remove the spyware called "newdotnet". It was detected when I'm doing my regular Spybot search & destroy scanning. However it can't be removed when I click on the fix selected problems. I was instructed by Spybot to restart my PC in order to remove "newdotnet" but after restarting my PC, Spybot once again scanning my files but it cannot remove "newdotnet". Why?
