reoccurring infections in memory

After running SpyBot numerous times, automatic restart scan, and regular scan these can't be cleaned from the memory: Smart Shopper/Mirar/Safer Surfing. Even after running kaspersky, and Avast. Funny, I was downloading Panda and Avast found Win32.CTX, so I aborted Panda. Here's SpyBot's Log:

Please upgrade, following the instructions in the links above. Update, run another scan and see if that fixes the problem.

Note:

You can get the beta by Opening Spybot-S&D > Mode > Advanced Mode > Settings.
Go to the settings page, and enable beta updates to be able to see them when you're looking for updates.
