Repeating scan for problems and remove

Every time I scan for problems and remove them, even I immediately scan again, the same problems are still there. Does it mean that the problems are not fixed at all?!

Does it happen to you guys as well?

My Spybot version is 1.4 and the latest update is 2005-12-02
