Restore deleted Favorites in Windows Internet Explorer

I have installed Spybot and used 1Cleanup to make some changes, which deleted my Favorites list. How can I get the Favorites restored?

a system restore point to go back to the day you had them.

How exactly did you delete your favorites? Using Spybot or 1Cleanup? Which one deleted them?

What Internet browser? (firefox, Internet explorer, etc.)

You also fail to mention what spybot version you are running, and what windows version, please state that so we can help you, thanks. :)
