Right Back To Square one....uggggh

Ran Spybot S & D the other night on my wife's comp. It found "Hellz Little Spy" (a keylogger) and a variant of Cool Web Search. I downloaded the CW Shredder and did a scan, it said there was no problem (Spybot said I had it). Also, I'm not able to locate the keylogger files (either version 1.2 or 1.5 of Hellz Little Spy) for manual removal. I really would like to get rid of both of these....what's next?
