There are currently 3132 sites added to Internet Explorer's restricted zone by Spybot's immunization facility.
Also there are 3220 sites where access is prevented entirely if you use Spybot's HOSTS file facility.
It might be helpful if you were more specific about what "Rogue Suspect Sites" you are talking about that are not already included in one or both of these facilities and perhaps Team Spybot would consider adding them.
