rtl150.bpl missing

I purchased a home copy of Spybot S&D a few weeks ago (version 2.4). When I try to run SDUpdate, i get an error:

SDUpdate.exe - System Error
The program can't start because rtl150.bpl is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

rtl150.bpl does appear to be present. I also downloaded a fresh copy of the file and it appears to be identical to the file on my computer.

Any assistance will be appreciated.

I have just downloaded spybot and have received the above message when rebooting my computer.

Please advise how I can rectify this problem.
