run as admin win7pro

help I tried to follow the suggested fix but when i right clicked it does not give me the run as admin option. I cant fully imunize and a bunch of other things keep giving me the message not allowed.:confused:
 
Hello,

Please rightclick the Spybot icon, select Properties, Compatibility Tab, and under Privilege level, checkmark "Run this program as an administrator", then click Apply, and OK.
