run spybot on an infected pen drive

I need to run spybot on an infected pen drive without having to open this pen drive, as infection will then occur immediately

I don't know if that's what you are looking for, but i also suggest setting a antiviruis program and other antispyware programs to scan it and remove infections.

Or disconnect drives and boot from CD...
Maybe clean from a Linux with Spybot and AV running through Wine (trash that Wine folder afterwards) or VMWare?
