Running as administrator

First of all, I am the administrator, there is no other person on this machine.

I know that you have to go to "run as" there are two choices , administrator and "my name" , so I clicked on administrator, BUT it asked for a password. I don't have a password on my account. I tried the password for my computer to get into the bias, but that doesn't work

So I put a password in through control panel, accounts, etc. went back to "run as" and put the password in and it still does not work.

Frustrating!

Maybe this helps:
rightclick the Spybot icon, select Properties, Compatibility Tab, and under Privilege level, checkmark "Run this program as an administrator", then click Apply, and OK.

THere is no "privledge section" only compatibility, input, and display sections.
